Borg Ships - New Rulebook

I have not identified in the new rulebook issued in the Federation Vs Klingon Starter set where there is any ruling on limits to weapon ranges for 360 degree arcs for primary weapons, there is a reference to 360 degree arcs not being considered primary arcs. Additionally I did not come across a reference to spin maneuvers.

1) Does the new rulebook contain such a reference?
2) Does the reference to 360 degree arcs not being considered primary imply that Borg primary weapons do not gain range bonuses?
3) Or does that 360 degree arc being secondary arc mean that Borg primary weapons can not be fired from this arc? If this is correct then how is arc determined for Borg primary weapons.
4) Does the new rulebook contain the most up-to-date date version of the rules for all ships? If yes then how do Borg Ships work with these rules?
(A) How do Borg Ships determine maximum range for primary weapons.
(B) How are spin maneuvers performed, both for left/right maneuvers and for reverse maneuvers for Borg Cubes?

The new rulebook doesn't have rules for specific factions/cards by intent. All existing rulings pertaining to Borg specifically are still active. In the process of reviewing the Rules Forum, FAQs, and Tournament Rules, changes may be made but there is nothing to announce currently.

As a follow on to this question, for the sake of clarity.

Does this mean that Borg movement and shooting uses the original printed rules cards that came with the previous expansions, or are they still bound by the revised rules from the old FAQ (on shooting at range 3 with primary weapons, turning after the move instead of before it)?

Regards

Yes the rules found in the Additional Rules for Tournaments are still in effect. Those rules can be found here: https://wizkids.com/attackwing/star-tre ... urnaments/
